MIT professor gave the same ‘How to Speak’ lecture for 40 years. Here are his 5 pearls of wisdom.

1. Have a strong opening
2. Say it three times
3. Use props
4. How to inspire people
5. End with a joke and salute

I plan to use the elements when I speak going forward.
